For detailed candle test , it include the following issues , by check that to ensure the candle quality is qualified .

一.Sensory requirements test

1.1 appearance: visual inspection.

1.2 smell: nose smell check.

1.3 color: visual inspection.

二.Function Check

2.1 net content: weigh 10 pieces, take the average value, and compare with the weight with specification . It is qualified if it does not exceed + - 3%.

2.2 dimension: measure 10 pieces of length, take the average value, and compare with the length with specification . It is qualified if it does not exceed + - 3%.

2.2 exposed length of wax core: take 4 candles and measure the exposed length of wax core with a ruler. Generally, 15mm is qualified

2.3 eccentricity of wax wick: take 4 candles, measure the distance between the wax wick and the center of two vertical sections at one-third and two-thirds of the candle with vernier caliper, take the maximum value for each candle and it is qualified if the average value, does not exceed 5% of the candle diameter.

2.4 combustion performance: take 4 candles with a distance of 200mm. Under the condition of no wind and at room temperature of 15 ~ 25 ℃, observe the combustion every 30min from lighting to burning out. The flame should be stable, silent, no self extinguishing, no wax flow, and no black smoke can be seen by eyes.

2.5 flame height: take 4 candles. When they are lit for 30min and 60min at room temperature of 15 ~ 25 ℃ under no wind, measure the height from the lowest point to the highest point of the flame with a ruler, and take the average value of each candle.

2.6 burning time: take 4 candles and measure the time from lighting to burning out with a timer under the condition of no wind and at room temperature of 15 ~ 25 ℃. The burning time shall be the time specified in the order

2.7 combustion afterglow check : take two candles, light them for 30min at room temperature of 15 ~ 25 ℃ under no wind condition, and then extinguish them. Measure the time when the wax core extinguishes to smoke-free, and take the average value.

2.8 burning residual wax: under the condition of no wind and in the environment of 15 ~ 25 ℃ at room temperature, the candle shall be naturally extinguished from lighting to burning, and the remaining candle shall not exceed 1g.
