The loading supervision purpose is to vefity that the correct quantity of goods is being oaded and to prevent dangerous or other unknown goods were mixed into the container and sent to the destination of the purchased products; the loading supervisor must supervise the goods or products that were loaded into the container safety and correctly on site.

Preparation for shipment of goods:
-Confirmed the loading container date and time with the supplier or factory.
-Confirmed the required loading goods whether been sent to the designated locations or warehouse before the confirmed loading container date.
-Prepared the purchased products or loading goods packing list.
-Pay attention the weather of the confirmed loading container date;if rains or snows,loading goods need under sheltered conditions perform or temporarily stop loading until the rain or snows stops.
Cargo:
-Check the color/style product whether comply with the requirement.
-Check the per carton packing quantity comply with the specification.
-Check the packaging whether comply with the requirement.
-Check the shipping marks whether comply with the requirement.
-Check the export cartons no any damage,broken, wet etc.
Container:
-Container inside should be clear and dry, no special smell
-No holes, crack, no missing of fasteners or accessories
-Free of any sharp obstructions and fittings in case of bagged cargo
-Container door closing mechanism can work securely
Loading Process:
-All products listed on packing list are loading in container.
-No any other products are mixed.
-All products are loaded balance and securely.
-Before sealing the container,the loading supervisor should check the container again to confirm whether all the goods are loaded,after confirming theno anyerrors, lock the container and add a seal,then record the container number and seal number.
