1.Inspection Environment and Requirement

-Requirement for place of inspection:Light from a power of at least 500 Lux.

-Perspective:The products must be tested by every angle.

-Distance of viewing:In doubts, check the products from a distance of 30 cm. If it is not visible, it is no defect. View the items by various angles.

2.Defect Description

-Not permitted any sharp point/sharp edge.

-Not permitted infestation of live insect.

-Not permitted blood mark

-Not permitted mildew products.

-Not permitted heavily odor.

-Not permitted crack mark,chipped edge,burr, dent mark,scratch mark etc.

-Not permitted any rust mark.

-Not permitted loose watch hand, deformance/bend watch hand etc.

-Not permitted detached/slant number stuck etc.

-Not permitted wrong printing,missing printing etc.

-Not permitted unreasonable gap

-Not permitted leather flaw,hole,neps/pills on surface ,crease etc.

-Not permitted,loose/tight stiches,crooked stitches,skipped stitches,broken stitches,Run-off stitches etc.

-Not permitted open seam,abasion mark.

-Not permitted uncut thread ends.

-Not permitted burn mark,water spot,color stain,oil stain,dirty, impurity mark etc.
